Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label from your email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
